Due to the difficult public health situation, we recommend purchasing tickets to the museum in advance online through the special website tickets.hermitagemuseum.org. However, for the convenience of visitors, from 3 November it will be possible to buy them from the ticket offices of the Main Museum Complex and General Staff building half an hour before the start of the desired time slot.
We remind the reader that everyone entering any of the museum premises must wear individual protection. When viewing the displays or queueing for the ticket office, you must maintain a safe distance from other people. All the measures being taken serve to reduce the risk of infection for both visitors and members of the museum staff.
